MEAAC2026 Participation Guidelines
  1. Application for participation

    Participation application should be submitted electronically via email to info@meaac.org, with participant’s name, affiliation, title, attending mode (Listener/Keynote Speech/ Invited Speech/ Oral Presentation/ Poster Presentation), and contact email and telephone.

  2. Registration confirmation

    After receiving the application information, the organizing committee will contact the participants through email or phone, to verify their information and detailed participation intentions, and send invitation letters, confirm registration fees, and arrange specific schedules.

  3. Speech requirements

    Language: English

    Time period:  Keynote Speech 25min (including Q&A)
    Invited Speech 18min (including Q&A)
    Oral Presentation 10min (including Q&A)

  4. Poster presentation

    Size: 60cm*160cm (width*height)
    Materials: No special requirements

    Methods:
    a. Please check the poster information with the organizing committee in advance before the conference.
    b. When signing in at the venue, hand over the printed poster to the organizing committee staff.
    c. During the poster display, the presenter should stand next to the poster, explain and answer questions with scholars for in-depth discussions.
