Welcome to International Conference on Mechanics, Electronics, Automation and Automatic Control 中文/English
MEAAC 2023 concludes: a retrospect

On May 14, the 1st International Conference on Mechanics, Electronics, Automation and Automatic Control (MEAAC2023) concluded in Wuhan. The conference organized discussions on hot topics including intelligent manufacturing, robot system control, and smart cities and focused on the challenges during research as well as application. MEAAC2023 was held in hybrid mode, with the physical conference in the morning and the virtual conference in the afternoon, showcasing various sessions such as keynote speeches, oral reports, poster presentations, Q&A, etc. We had the pleasure of having with us experts and scholars from home and abroad, sharing their latest findings and insights.

Part I: Physical Conference

The conference started at 9:30 with the opening by Professor Xiaogang Liu from Wuhan University of Technology, China, who agreed to act as the conference host other than being a keynote speaker and supported the conference generously.

The first keynote speaker was Professor Yang Yue from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, who delivered a magnificent speech on optical measurement of timing skew and power imbalance for coherent transmitter.

It was followed by Professor Xiaogang Liu introducing the investigation of the frictional damping in friction induced vibration, whose passion and humor was delightful.

At 11:00, Professor Liu announced the tea break and suggested a full-member photo. Then, people relaxed, helped themselves to food and drink and studied the poster presentations.

The conference continued at 11:30 with the oral report by Yuyang Lou from Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences on the development of a temperature compensated force sensor for cardiac ablation based on fiber bragg grating.

Then, we welcomed Babak Shiri from Neijiang Normal University presenting research on uncertain discrete fractional differential equations with new generalized Hukuhara, which ended at 12:00 and marked the end of the physical conference.

Part II: Virtual Conference

The MEAAC2023 virtual conference started at 14:00, curating 8 reports.
